We always recommend toe kicks. End Panels are not necessary but can add a nice finish to your pantry, Refrigerator, appliance and any end. Crown molding is a design choice that only you can make. Do you want your cabinet to go all the way to the ceiling so you have more storage space? Or do you like the look of a finished crown molding.

No. The Kitchen Cabinet Shop cabinets are easy to assemble. You can view our videos on our resources page for help with this. However, we do recommend you hire a professional carpenter, handyman or contractor to install and put together your cabinets to ensure a perfect damage free installation.
No. We do not offer installation
Yes. We do offer assembly of cabinets. The price for assembly varies depending on the manufacturer. We highly recommend any cabinets ordered preassembled are reviewed very closely as soon as the order arrives, because damage can happen during transportation. We also recommend that preassembled cabinet doors are checked and tightened by the customer if need be.
No. We do not offer in home assembly of cabinets. Please watch videos on our resources page to help you to assemble your cabinets.
Yes. We have a limited warranty. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that occur after the cabinets are installed. We are not liable for issues that arise from improper installation or assembly or from any water damage. Once cabinets are installed we rarely have any issues, but if you do have a problem, send us a photo and an email as soon as possible to [email protected]
Some of our cabinet lines have additional warranties offered by the manufacturer. Details of this warranty will be provided upon purchase of your chosen door style.

All cabinets are delivered in boxes and may be wrapped in a pallet. Please check your order upon delivery. Make certain to check your order before you accept your delivery for any damaged or missing boxes. If a box was damaged during shipping, please take a photo and email it to [email protected]
Once delivery is accepted, customer has 2 business days to open the boxes and inspect cabinets and doors for damage. Any returns for damaged items must be photographed and emailed to us prior to return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

- TheKitchenCabinetShop.com reserves the right to change pricing without notice. TheKitchenCabinetShop.com will not change the prices or amount due on any item ordered once the order has been paid.
- TheKitchenCabinetShop.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Cashier’s Checks. No personal checks, business checks, or money orders will be accepted. Cashier’s check are only accepted by express mail and must be received within 3 business days of your order or your order will be automatically canceled and the shopping cart price will no longer be honored.

By using any of TheKitchenCabinetShop.com services, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and TheKitchenCabinetShop.com and that All disputes will be filed in Palm Beach County under Florida Law. All disputes must be mailed to 21100 Water Oak Terrace, Boca Raton, FL 33428. All emailed disputes will not be responded to.
General Policies
- The Kitchen Cabinet Shop offers Free Design Help & Free Personal Shopper Help. Therefore we do not accept any returns. Once an order is placed, it has been customized to meet your specific needs and sent to the manufacturer to produce. Please utilize our personal shopper to help you choose the right size cabinets to meet your needs.
- We suggest you order a FREE door sample, prior to ordering your kitchen. This way you can see the color and quality of your door and there will be no surprises. Door samples are free, except for shipping charges. Doors must be returned to us within 15 days and the return shipping is free and a label will come in the package.
- Hardware ships within 3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS ground shipping. Shipping is FREE on all hardware orders over $59. Hardware combined with any other items that are non-hardware items will be charged a shipping fee.
- If Thekitchencabinetshop.com does not have your item and we need to wait for the manufacturer to send it to us, this may add up to 7 additional business days to the overall shipping process.
- Customer does not need to be home to accept the delivery.
- There are NO Returns unless an item is damaged. If the item is damaged the return must be approved by TheKitchenCabinetshop.com. Customer must email [email protected] with photos and a detailed explanation of the damage. Include your phone number in the email.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Once an order has been processed and paid for there are no cancellations or refunds. Except for Rapid ship orders, shipping times will vary depending on the style door or cabinet that you purchase. When your order is placed an estimated shipping date will be provided. ONLY If the order has not yet shipped, and you discover an error or need to make a change to a cabinet color or size, you may do so by calling us at 561.206.6166 immediately so we can help you make the adjustment.
Cabinet Replacements
- Replacements for any cabinet parts and accessories are not stock items and will take approximately 14 business days to ship.
- Thekitchencabinetshop.com will replace only the parts of the cabinet that are damaged. For example, if only a door or drawer needs to be replaced, we will not replace the entire cabinet. Please email us a photo of the damaged part prior to sending it back to us. You can email us at [email protected]. Thekitchencabinetshop.com is not responsible for the assembly of the new part.
- Thekitchencabinetshop.com not responsible for any additional fees incurred to assemble or install a replaced or damaged item or part.
Return/Cancellation/Mistake Policies
- There are absolutely NO RETURNS on kitchen cabinets or cabinet parts and accessories. All cabinet orders are built to order. Once your order has been placed, and paid for you will no longer be able to cancel the order. We suggest you place your order into the shopping cart and if you have any questions, call our design team or email us prior to paying for your order. TheKitchenCabinetShop. does not accept any cancellation on any orders or accept any returns
- We offer free design services and Free Personal shoppers to help you place your order. Please use our Free Help service to make certain that your order is correct prior to placing it. We want our customers to be satisfied and their Kitchens to be correct! We want our customers to buy with confidence; however we do not accept any design related responsibility once your order has been approved and ordered. Please confer with your contractor or you may hire our in-staff Interior Designer for a fee to help you.
- If a mistake is made during the checkout process, you may contact TheKichenCabinetshop.com via email at [email protected] immediately. We will do our best to try and resolve your issue.
Sample Door Policies (same business day shipping before 3pm ET)
- Sample door orders placed before 3pm ET ship out the same business day via FedEx ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd Day shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Return shipping is Free and a label should come with your door. If the label is missing please email us at [email protected] Put missing label in the header.
- All doors must be returned in reusable, good condition and in the original packaging and box. The doors must match the invoice in the box in order to receive a full refund.
- Customer does not need to be home to accept the delivery.
- If you return your door samples within 15 days of receiving the order, you will receive a 100% refund on your deposit, minus any expedited shipping fees paid at checkout.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Disclaimer for Painted Wood Cabinetry
- Wood expands and contracts. This is part of the natural process therefore some slight areas of the joints may be slightly discolored or some joints might have some slight missing paint color. These are not considered defects and it is widely accepted in the kitchen cabinet industry. The finish will still protect the surface, and the structural integrity of the joint will not be affected. These issues are shared by every manufacturer of painted all wood cabinets, and are not unique to Thekitchencabinetshop.com.
- Wood may expand and contract differently from cabinet to cabinet. Even joints within the same cabinet may behave differently. Some joined wood may not show any joint lines, others may be slightly visible, while others may display easily visible joint lines.
- An exposed open wood joint can be damaged from prolonged exposure to moisture and cabinets are NOT guaranteed against any water damage. Customer must make certain to wipe off any excess moisture or water from steam or sinks or spills from cabinet surfaces and doors as soon as possible.
- Discoloration: All Paints, especially lighter colors, are susceptible to discoloration due to grilling, tobacco smoke, fireplaces, candles, or any airborne particles that lands on the cabinets from cooking such as oil or grease., Prolonged exposure to natural or artificial light may alter the finish color. Moisture /water may also discolor the finish of cabinets.
